The Vega Wrap Cardigan is delightfully fluffy because it is made with the finest Alpaca wool, lovingly crafted by artisans in Peru. It feels as soft as a feather on your skin! The cardigan wraps around the waist creating a v-neckline that can be worn in the front or back. Its loose fit with dropped shoulders and balloon sleeves create a romantic and carefree look. Perfect with a maxi skirt or jeans, for those moments when you want to feel both cozy and elegant.

This item has been sewn in Lima, Peru by the fair trade cooperative Royal Knits*. The fabric is made out of 89% alpaca and 11% polyamid from Inca Tops, Peru.*Suppliers are frequently visited by the Jungle Folk Team.
Care ⏤ Because we love our clothes and our environment Jungle Folk recommends wear and wash this item consciously.This item almost needs no washing as alpaca and wool fibers tend to be self-regulating. Air this item and do spot treatment. When washing then hand wash with cold water and use a gentle detergent for wool. Lay the item flat to dry. No tumble dry.

About the Brand

Jungle Folk was born during a trip through Latin America, inspired by beautiful landscapes and the people's knowledge of ancient techniques. The designer Pauline Treis started to develop the brand with a community of urban and rural artisans in 2013. Working with Jungle Folk enables artisans to be sustainable, increases their incomes and improves their skills. Jungle Folk only uses sustainable and certified materials such as organic cotton, linen, silk and wool for the clothing and recycled and natural materials for accessories.
Jungle Folk is a clothing line that doesn’t go with the trend of launching multiple seasonal collections every year. They see sustainability in the longevity and quality of a design and present a carefully designed line of wardrobe classics. They don't work along the "normal" fashion calendar and with the trends that change every season.
