Material information ⏤ Q-NOVA® is an environmentally friendly nylon fiber that aims to reduce CO2 emissions, use less water and use renewable energies. More than half of Q-NOVA® is made from pre-consumer waste: these materials were otherwise unusable and would have been disposed of as foreign waste. The process is a mechanical regeneration system that does not use chemical materials that would affect the sustainability of the end product. The discarded materials are reformed in a mechanical regeneration process and then return to Fulgar in the form of a polymer, which is then integrated into the further processing steps.
