Oleum Magnesium Lavender contains magnesium oil, lavender hydrolate and bergamot oil. Lavender helps relax and is generally known for its calming properties.
Bergamot oil also has a balancing and positive effect on our mood. Therefore it is not only a relief for period problems, muscle tension and cramps, but also shortens the recovery time after exercise and has a positive effect on the quality of sleep.

Magnesium is a key mineral that has a major influence on the ability to regenerate and exercise as well as the quality of sleep. The hectic, modern lifestyle has resulted in most of them having increased magnesium requirements that need to be met. The absorption through the skin with magnesium oil is a good alternative to oral intake to relax the muscles and regulate blood pressure.

Only magnesium chloride from the Zechstein Sea is used for the production of Oleum Magnesium Lavender. It is considered to be the purest and highest quality source of magnesium salt in the world. The salt is located 1,600 to 2,000 meters deep in the earth, protected from environmental pollution.

How to use ⏤ For the daily magnesium intake, apply approx. 10 to 30 sprays (corresponds to 130mg to 390mg magnesium) of the magnesium oil to the skin, massage in and leave to work for at least 10 minutes.
If necessary, wash off afterwards.

Start with a low dose (10 sprays) and slowly increase the dose so that the body gets used to the product.
Overdosing is not possible with external application through the skin: If the cells are saturated, they can no longer absorb anything.

Experience has shown that arms and shoulders are particularly suitable for daily use, as the magnesium oil is usually well tolerated in these areas.
It can also be applied to the thighs or lower legs.
Spray on stomach for menstrual cramps.
Apply directly to the painful area for muscle cramps.

You may feel a slight tingling or itching sensation after spraying on. This is the skin's natural reaction as it opens the pores to absorb the magnesium. The greater the magnesium deficit, the stronger this sensation. With regular use, this increasingly decreases.

The magnesium oil must not come into contact with the eyes. Avoid applying it to freshly shaved areas, injured skin or open wounds, as the ingredients can additionally irritate the skin and cause a burning sensation.

Magnesium oil must not be used if you are due to go into labor.

Store cool and protected from light.
