How to use ⏤ Dissolve the powder with a dash of hot water and then add the foamed milk, or put the powder in a cup, add a bit of hot milk, stir well and only once the powder is dissolved add the rest of the milk. 
 

For an iced chocolate chai it's the same - first a dash of hot water to dissolve the powder and then topping up with cold plant based milk and some ice cubes.
