The historic Saint Charles pharmacy has existed in Vienna since 1886 and is the scientific and ethical backbone of Saint Charles. All Saint Charles products are based on the teaching of Traditional European Medicine (TEM) in connection with the most modern knowledge of naturopathy. During development, they pursue our passion for high-quality, sustainable and effective natural remedies and cosmetics.
The Saint Charles products often consist of 100 percent natural organic ingredients, without any additives. High quality packaging is required to ensure shelf life. They therefore use more than 95 percent brown or violet glass bottles for their products and try not to let plastic on them, because plastic or PET bottles often contain plasticizers and other toxins that may interact with natural ingredients.
The brand prefers local partnerss - you don't have to go far for superfood, because all the herbs we need grow on our doorstep. They support many small partners, manufacturers and growers in Austria and neighboring countries and value the know-how and passion for naturopathy of their partners.
When shipping, they only use recycled paper for packaging and do not use any plastic for filling materials or inserts.
